At SRV GLOBALS, we follow a transparent and clearly defined refund policy. Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions and strictly as per the terms mentioned below.


Eligibility for Refund

If you have applied to any country and your application is rejected by the Immigration Authority, Consulate, or High Commission, SRV GLOBALS will process the refund only in accordance with this refund policy.


Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund request, the client must submit a Refund Claim Form to SRV GLOBALS.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the date of submission of the complete refund claim.

Required Documents:
The client must submit:

  • A copy of the official visa rejection letter or rejection stamp on the passport issued by the Consulate / High Commission

  • A copy of the payment receipt issued by SRV GLOBALS

⚠️ Important:
Failure to submit any of the above documents will make the client ineligible for a refund.


No Refund in Case of Visa Rejection Due to the Following Reasons

No refund will be provided if the visa is rejected due to:

  • Failure of medical tests by the client or any included family member

  • Failure to submit a genuine Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months)

  • Inability to prove sufficient settlement funds

  • Submission of fraudulent documents or false information

  • Previous violation of immigration or visa laws

  • Delay or failure in submitting additional documents requested by the Immigration Authority


100% Non-Refundable Situations

SRV GLOBALS service fees are 100% non-refundable in the following cases:

  • The client receives an invitation but fails to submit the complete online application with all required documents within 60 days

  • The client fails to attend a scheduled visa interview

  • The client abandons or withdraws the case for personal reasons (only 5% will be refunded)

  • Failure to submit required documents as per the checklist within 60 days, resulting in automatic case closure

  • Partial payment made for a full service package

  • Expiry of the service agreement period

  • Positive Credential Evaluation / Skills Assessment, but failure to submit remaining required documents

  • Changes in government rules, immigration policies, or delays caused by Immigration Authorities
